A live ledger of what I'm working on, what's in maintenance, and what I've promised myself I won't touch this week. It's public because a to-do list only keeps you honest if other people can see it.
The methodology continues to operate empirically across substrates. hERG QSAR Paper I is publicly live on ChemRxiv (DOI 10.26434/chemrxiv.15003259/v1) with its OSF pre-registration public (OSF.IO/UWVX4); Paper II, the three-family data-landscape contribution across 59 psychedelic-class compounds, was submitted to ChemRxiv on 2026-05-24 and sits in moderation as v13. Substrate Geometry holds its rolling-contact preprints on arXiv. On the applied side, Lattice crossed from zero to its first paid placements: $150 (Bluedot, 2026-05-19) and $250 (DeeVid, 2026-06-06), both sponsored placements on Nesyona, with a self-serve Stripe sponsor checkout now live across the network. The YMYL health sites run on source-rigor: FDA, GoodRx, and primary-source citations on every claim. Hekhal is live at hekhal.org at 223 pages with a Bookshop affiliate layer and the Targum bilingual-text pipeline.
The recent stuff that actually went out, dated, across the whole portfolio. It's here so the rest of this page reads as things that happened, not just things I mean to get to.
Second sponsored deal closed and live: DeeVid AI, $250, two Featured Partner placements on Nesyona (best-ai-video-generators + best-ai-music-generators). Lifetime sponsored revenue now $400.
YMYL health sites (RxGrab / OmniRx / Health Britannica) standardized on source-rigor review: every claim cited to FDA, GoodRx, or primary sources
Published a full parallel Arabic|English edition of all 63 chapters of al-Jīlī's al-Insān al-Kāmil — a foundational Sufi text with no complete public-domain English — live on hekhal.org. Two-witness collated, every Qur'an locus verified, Nicholson-corroborated; shipped as provisional v0.9 with a status banner per chapter, graduating to v1.0 as a credentialed reviewer signs off.
/targum dedicated landing page shipped with functional beta-access capture; illuminated manuscript-folio gallery; mission source-of-record PDF
Paper II submitted to ChemRxiv (in moderation as v13, 47pp): three-family data-landscape contribution across tryptamines, phenethylamines and cathinones (59 compounds). Companion translation article shipped live on omnirx.org.
Paper I publicly live on ChemRxiv. DOI 10.26434/chemrxiv.15003259/v1. OSF pre-registration public at OSF.IO/UWVX4.
First-ever Lattice revenue: Bluedot AI, $150, sponsored link placement live on Nesyona.
Computational toxicology testing static-descriptor QSAR architectures against psychedelic-class compounds. Paper I (iboga alkaloids, architecture-specific failure modes) is publicly live on ChemRxiv at DOI 10.26434/chemrxiv.15003259/v1, with its OSF pre-registration public at OSF.IO/UWVX4. Paper II was submitted to ChemRxiv 2026-05-24 and is in moderation (v13, 47pp): a three-family data-landscape contribution demonstrating systematic under-characterization of psychedelic-class compounds in published hERG patch-clamp literature across tryptamines (22), phenethylamines (20) and cathinones (17) = 59 compounds. A companion translation article is live on omnirx.org. DMX-1001 / noribogaine named-pipeline implication.
Computational geometry of rolling contact and mono-monostatic bodies. Rolling-contact preprints live on arXiv: oloid local optimum, mono-monostatic catalog, Gömböc engineering evaluation. Methodology paper under review at the SMAI Journal of Computational Mathematics; TPMS thermal paper under review at Elsevier Results in Engineering (SSRN preprint live). arXiv endorsement secured for Paper I from Georg Nawratil (TU Wien), referred by Hellmuth Stachel. 7 physics oracles, 1,430 parametric variants, 25.6x thermal advantage, 58x contact distribution.
Open public-facing cross-tradition mystical / esoteric reference. 223 pages, 15 corpora, ~35 bilingual texts, ~99 lexicon entries, 12 codex essays, 14 figure pages, 2 influence maps, 3 reading paths, 5 method articles, three-tier editorial law (canonical / reception / containment), citation panel auto-generating Chicago / MLA / APA / BibTeX on every page. Bookshop.org affiliate layer live across the library; W3C webmention sender; /targum bilingual-text pipeline with dedicated landing. Astro on Cloudflare Pages.
A network operating system for niche reference sites. 14 authority sites across 3 clusters, programmatic page generation, embeddable widgets, anchor tools (Academic Navigator, Grant Map, FDA Drug Safety Explorer, Supplement Evidence Dashboard, Breed Health Atlas). 14 first-party data studies with 950+ sourced statistics, 21k+ words, CC-BY 4.0 open datasets. Sponsorship revenue on the board (Bluedot, DeeVid, and inbound vendor placements) with a self-serve Stripe sponsor checkout live across the network. YMYL health sites run on source-rigor review (FDA / GoodRx / primary sources). Lattice Constitution v1.3 plus Decision Engine.
The consumer-facing publishing arm: niche reference sites that all run under Lattice, publish under one byline, and cite primary sources on every claim.
BagEngine, CeoCult, EduBracket, GrantProbe, Nesyona, Health Britannica, PetMaxxing, RxGrab, DeskDeploy, LensPOV, OmniRx, Rinzara, Lucreya, FilmFont. Each site runs under Lattice orchestration, publishing under one byline and one methodology.
The ledger is a single JSON file in the repo at src/data/ledger.json. Updating it means making a commit, which is honest enough for a weekly cadence. If it ever needs to be daily I'll swap in a protected admin editor, but until then, having to open the repo to change it keeps me from letting it drift.
If you're curious about any specific project, the work page has the full detail on the research programs and Lattice. The individual network sites don't each get their own page here -- that's what the network page is for.
