About this page

The ledger is a single JSON file in the repo at src/data/ledger.json. Updating it is a git commit, which is honest enough for weekly cadence. If the cadence ever needs to be daily, a protected admin editor replaces the commit workflow — but until then, friction is a feature.

If you're curious about any specific project, the work page has the full framing for the Core projects. Satellites don't get individual pages on purpose — they're not what this site is about.
