Refund policy

You pay in full up front, so here is exactly when that money comes back.

Full refund, before publication

  • If we decide your placement is not a topical fit for the page.
  • If we cannot publish it for any other reason on our side.

Either way the refund is the full amount paid, to the original payment method, and nothing is published.

After publication

Nothing is published until you sign off the draft. Once a placement is live it is not refunded, but if anything in it is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
